

Nancy practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance-policyholder representation. She represents energy and transportation companies, performing-arts organizations, and medical-research facilities in insurance and commercial litigation matters. Nancy also has significant experience defending medical malpractice claims.
Representative Matters:
Represented a medical-research facility in claims arising under a property policy for damages from Tropical Storm Allison.
Represented a performing-arts organization in property damage and business-interruption claims from Tropical Storm Allison.
Represented an investor group in multimillion-dollar breach-of-contract dispute involving oil-field reserves and mezzanine financing in arbitration proceeding.
Represented a major telecommunications company in an employee-benefits dispute.
Represented an E&P company in a dispute with the London market over placement and coverage issues relating to catastrophic losses in the Gulf of Mexico from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
